Etienne Vulliet: “Three brothers together on a beach in Dakar…”
Etienne, 40 years of age, Régis, 38, and Fabrice, 34. Three brothers, all three from the Haute-Savoie area of France with a childhood dream: the Dakar…To make it to the finish, they’ve launched their own team called Pulse Compet. It’s the first time that the three brothers show up together on the rally. Added to that no Haute-Savoie native has ever managed to reach the Lac Rose, so the goal is to at least see one of the three make it… Indeed the threesome led by Etienne, the elder, won’t neglect the slightest detail. In October, they went training for a week in Ksar-Ghilane in Tunisia, a Saharan oasis situated at the entry of the desert. No electricity, no phones, just a hot water source in order to allow the troop to enjoy a soothing bath every evening.
